Interconnect Rates

just read that MTN said that interconnect rates are necessary for network expansion in rural areas.

I think this is bullshit. Interconnect rates are a zero sum game and one company's loss is another company's gain.

MTN and Vodacom have been raping the system too long and should be punished. Perhaps if Telkom was not forced to pay such huge sums of money over to them we could have had a proper fixed line network.

I would have believed MTN's argument, if they had coverage everywhere Vodacom has coverage and start offered unlimited data packages at a reasonable fee. At the moment I do not see any of those and they are just riding on a wave of easy money and this prevents them from competing for customers.

Borders

When putting walls around a house it is usually to keep the bad out, but it seems to me that countries unconsciously put borders up to keep the bad inside.

Guantanamo Bay and the strengthening of the American borders happened at the same time and some of the most oppressive countries in the world have the most restrictions to the free movement of foreigners into the country.

Therefore I want to ask what is brewing in Britain, why is it now all of a sudden tightening its borders which have for long been one of the most porous borders in Europe?

Am I alone?

Am I the only one who thinks that the old guys always sitting in the sauna at the gym is scary?

I seriously hate them. I hate the way they are always walking around naked.
I hate the way how they will always come and sit as close to you as possible, when the whole bloody sauna is empty.
I hate the fact that I feel sorry for them in a way. The poor guys get a kick from watching and being in the presence of guys who are clearly not interested in them.

So please, stop going to the gym if all you're planning to do is to sit in the sauna and make other people's life unpleasant.

My recommendation to you would be, to get on the treadmill and run till you have somewhere to run to.
